She is an accomplished Career Coach mentoring both job seekers and employed professionals. As the Career Guidance Coach for the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India in New England & the US, Deepa has helped several members towards a successful career. She loves helping people navigate through life’s different transitions through coaching and conversation. She also coaches and personally identifies with “immigrant families and cultural adaption"

As a certified life coach, Deepa helps people to work through many different life situations. One of her specializations is in transitions navigation be it cultural, familial, generational etc. She has helped several (immigrant) families especially those with children discuss and overcome cultural & communication barriers and appreciate each others perspectives. She has also been a resource to the town and local schools.

Career Networking Barriers
Most of us would agree that time, resources and prioritization would be some of the key barriers to the art of career networking. Besides that there are other barriers that seem simple and harmless but can possibly be detrimental and may accidentally be hampering your career growth and you may not even know it. For example, personal traits and challenges that are deeply ingrained in us could be inadvertently be the way of our progress. For those who grew up in one place and now working elsewhere, they have an added dimension of cultural beliefs, which much like the iceberg, only some of it is apparent and the rest is unknown including it’s impact – good or bad.
